Departments and offices of the municipal authorities

The municipal authorities are divided into four departments made up of divisions and offices. Each department has its own head. Some divisions also have staff units and/or commissioners assigned to them.

He also leads a department; each department has its own head. Jena municipal council is a local administrative body representing the political beliefs of the citizens in the municipality. It has an executive function and is made up of the Lord Mayor and its elected members.

Department 4: family and social affairs

Jena municipal facilities

The municipal facilities do not belong directly to the authorities and are run by their own works managements. Their work is monitored by works committees in the municipal council.
